IP House shortlisted for three DCS Awards

The team at IP House are incredibly proud to share that we have been shortlisted for three leading categories at the DCS Awards 2020! In a year where change has been constant, challenges have been unprecedented and customers have remained first – we are delighted to be recognised for our hard work by the awards this year. Now we need your help to secure our place as the winner.
The categories are:
Data Centre Hosting/co-location Supplier of the Year – which recognises the provision of enhanced hosted and/or colocation services to clients. Since entering the market in spring 2018, our facility has achieved multiple ISO accreditations, been built to Tier III standards and comprises over 14,000 sq ft of premium, low-latency IT space, with 512 racks across two technical data suites.
Offering our customers a reliable, secure and highly connected home for their compute, our colocation services remain both flexible and scalable for end-users of all size. The founding members of IP House and indeed everyone on the team is passionate about customer service, and part of the experience offered through our facility is ensuring that every element of the site gains all possible accreditations and certifications, demonstrating our commitment to uptime and resiliency for customers.
Excellence in Data Centre Services Award – At the heart of IP House’s offering are its bespoke services, which can be tailored to the customer’s needs – from public, private and hybrid cloud, to low-latency, diverse connectivity and our latest IP Cloud Connect solution, we strive to exceed industry standards and deliver customer service excellence, which we believe sets us apart from our competitors. IP House also partners with leading industry organisations including , Cloud Systems, IP Office and global leaders in IP and network transit services, to offer best-in-class cloud, connectivity and hosted voice solutions.
Data Centre Engineer of the Year – This year, we are delighted to see our Data Centre Manager Sean Hilliar shortlisted for this position, recognising his incredible work both on site and off, and going the extra mile for our customers and partners alike. As Data Centre Manager, Sean’s role involves overseeing the installation, management and maintenance of all mission and business-critical operations, all while ensuring 100% uptime.
We’re immensely proud of our fantastic team for being named as finalists in these awards. 2020 has been a challenging year for every sector, every business and every person – so this news means the world to us. The announcement of this DCS Award shortlisting follows in quick succession from the recent launch of our brand new, virtual and collaborative remote working solution – IP Cloud Connect, which was released in partnership with Cloud Systems, CXS and IP Office last month. The solution offers bespoke and resilient colocation – focusing on ensuring connectivity through cloud transformation services, which consequently guarantees business continuity.
